Section 1.26 Hold Harmless/Indemnification; Section 1.35 Duty to Defend, Indemnify and Save Harmless: <br />The Indemnification contains language that is inconsistent with Florida Statute 725.08 and is uninsurable. In the <br />past, Kimley-Horn and the City have agreed upon language that is mutually beneficial to both the City of Sunny <br />Isles and Kimley-Horn and included it in contracts between our two entities. We are confident we can come to <br />the same agreement with this contract.
