BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (include scope size, and cost) <br />Ardaman has been providing engineering and testing services to the SFWMD for many years, both as prime consultants and sub <br />consultant to contractors under continuing services contract for more than six (6) years. <br />We have provided expertise on reservoirs, pump stations and water quality projects, <br />and with specific areas of expertise including: <br />• construction of levees and structures on soft ground conditions; <br />• improvements of soft ground conditions using Dynamic Pre-treatment and <br />densification; <br />• analysis of high volume/low head seepage conditions; <br />• analysis and design of seepage barriers; <br />• construction methods for continuous levees; <br />• deep foundation alternatives for structures; <br />• annual inspections of reservoir embankments for private clients within the <br />SFWMD area. <br />Some of the recent projects have included: <br />• Everglades Restoration — Compartment C Build out <br />• Power generation facilities at the Gun Club Office Complex <br />• L8 Reservoir Project <br />• 10 Mile Creek Reservoir Rehabilitation Project <br />• S140 Pump Station Improvements <br />• C-44 Dam Design Review <br />• Dupuis / L8 Culvert Replacements <br />• G-716 Divider Structure <br />• G-57 Stilling Well Platforms <br />• S -5A Pump Station• <br />Approximate annual fees: $150,000. <br />25.
