DESIGN -BUILDER shall: review the preliminary <br />drainage report prepared by Stantee Consulting Services, Inc.; review the geotechnical survey report <br />prepared by Professional Services Industries dated October 9, 2012 and shall verify/update the <br />information to the extent necessary; obtain utility drawings from franchise utility companies and <br />perform soft digs to Identify utility conflicts; review the preliminary traffic report prepared by Stantec <br />Consulting Services; review the bridge evaluation report and assess the bridge's limitations for all <br />construction methodology, equipment; and access; review the Preliminary Encroachment Analysis <br />prepared by Rosenberg Gardner Design and provide an update to the encroachrhent analysis as <br />required; review the Contamination Screening Evaluation Report prepared by Professional services <br />Industries dated August 9, 2012; review the Video inspection Report and provide written <br />recommendations for sanitary sewer improvements if required; review and revise as needed the <br />Driveway Harmonization License Agreement between Individual homeowners and the CITY; review and <br />revise as needed the water service relocation on private property document between individual <br />homeowners and the CITY; and review the topographic survey performed by HADDONE CORP Surveyors <br />and Mappers dated April 18, 2012 for Palm Island and May 6, 2012 for Hibiscus Island and verify/update <br />the information presented to the extent necessary. <br />Dellverables: -Perform forensic and survey work as noted. Provide updated base drawings <br />reflecting current conditions and an accompanying report describing the findings and/or <br />recommendations discovered during the review of the documents described above. <br />Schedule: -Within 45 calendar days after Issuance of Task 2 — Design Phase Notice to <br />Proceed. <br />Task 2.2 —Detailed D,edga; DESIGN -BUILDER shall prepare all contract documents In compliance with <br />PWD Manual and DCP standards. <br />Technical specifications shall be prepared In conformance with Construction Specifications institute (Cst) <br />formats. The CITY, through the PWD Manual and DCP, shall fumish the DESIGN -BUILDER whh standard <br />CiTY specification outlines for Divisions 1, 2,3 and 16 as noted in the PWD Manual and DCP. DESIGN. <br />BUILDER shall provide additional sections that the DESIGN -BUILDER may require, not already provided <br />through the CITY standards, subjectto review and comment by the C17Y. DESIGN -BUILDER must review <br />CITY standards and adopt and change/update where necessary. Any supplier listing required by <br />specifications shall include a minimum of two (2) named suppliers and shall meet all applicable CITY and <br />State of Florida procurement codes. Specifications shall be provided to the DESIGN -BUILDER in <br />"Microsoft MS -Word' format. DESIGN-BUIIAER shall use the same software In all Project related work. <br />DESIGN -BUILDER shall utilize base front-end documents provided by the CITY. DESIGN -BUILDER shall <br />edit accordingly to result in a Project specific document. Any requirements for Supplementary General <br />Conditions shalt be subject to review and acceptance by the CITY. <br />211 <br />227 <br />
