Schedule: - Complete 30% document submittal within 75 calendar days after the issuance of <br />Task 2 r Design Phase Notki -to-Proceed. <br />Complete 60% document submittal within 4S calendar days after after receiving <br />review comments from various City Departments on 30% submittals and <br />completion ofCDRM.. <br />- Complete 90% document submittal within 45 calendar days after receiving <br />review comments from various qty Departments on 6099' submittals and <br />completion of CDRM. Permit submittal to applicable regulatory agencies will <br />commence upon completion of 90 percent documents. <br />- Complete 100% document (Bid. Set) submittal within 15 calendar days after <br />recnipt of all comments from regulatory agencies. The 100% construction <br />documents must include PWD's approval stamp (indicating PWIYs acceptance). <br />MIMmurn Design Features to Be Shown on Drawrtngs <br />The DESIGN -GUILDER shall note that the faollowing criteria Indicate the minimum design standards to be <br />shown on drawings and shall comply with the PWD Manual. The DESIGN-SLfiLDER is encouraged to <br />review and recommend changes as It deems necessary, subject to the review and acceptance of the <br />CITY. <br />Existing Conditions and Demolition Pians <br />■ Provide drawings that Indicate the existing condltfans known in the field at the time of <br />the survey, Including any otherinformatlon discovered In the field during preliminary design <br />■ Provide drawings that Indicate the limits of the existing features planned fordemolltfon <br />Paving, Grading and Drainage Plans <br />o Show existing grade/ topography, centerline roadway, edge of pavement, back of <br />sidewalk, top of curb, gutter flow fine <br />Q Show proposed grade along the centerline of the road at 50 centers, limits of road work, <br />Inlets, curb and gutter and -sidewalk <br />Show limits of demolition / removal <br />a Show limits of proposed work. <br />Identify all surface features of all existing and proposed work <br />Identify driveway locations <br />identify proposed structures <br />■ identify linear footage of pipe, pipe invert elevation, diameter and material <br />Paving, Gmdtng and Drainage Details <br />• Show proposed Cross sections with topographical information at key locations <br />Identify the following minimum information on cross sections: <br />Existing utilities (Based on record research and sunshine one -call design tickets) <br />Proposed road slope, lane width, sidewalk width and surface features within the <br />right-of-way <br />27A <br />228 <br />
