The <br />project design cost was $182,804. Construction began in <br />January 2016 and substantial completion was reached in <br />April 2017 with an estimated construction cost of <br />$2,970,000. <br />Survey, utility locates, design, permitting, preparation of construction plans, cost estimates, <br />contract documents, assistance during bidding, construction management and certification <br />through project close-out. <br />Key Personnel: <br />Stephen C.
