5CES Consultants ● City of Sunny Isles Beach RFQ No. 18-11-01
this initial assessment will not only save the project time and money, but it will also ensure that the respective stakeholder agencies are given
the opportunity for early input that will help define the respective benchmarks to streamline the development.
We will demonstrate our qualifications and ability to deliver the requested services. In addition to our technical expertise, the CES Team is
well qualified to address the many design elements in a pump station project. From selecting the right pumps, utilizing Building Information
Modeling (BIM) and 3D modeling, addressing hydraulic issues, aesthetics, permitting and sea level rise, each of these topics and many more are
addressed in the following sections.
CES works extensively with BIM - Intelligent model-based process. Which provides insight to help to easily capture and analyze design
concepts; create and communicate design intent and understand performance and cost of infrastructure alternatives)
