<br />observation through project closeout/start-up services for the installation of 1,200 linear feet
<br />of plastic Swale liner (1/4 section of 12 -inch ID smooth inner wall perforated black P.E. pipe),
<br />350 linear feet of PVC culverts, ten (10) concrete headwalls, one (1) drainage structure, 4,000
<br />square yards of SOD and the regarding of 4,000 square yards of Swale. The project also
<br />involved the relocation of existing utilities. This project was 100% grant funded and completed
<br />on time and within budget.

<br />development and permitting for the construction of a 70 acre stormwater treatment area
<br />(STA) to provide additional water quality treatment benefits prior to discharging into Arbuckle
<br />Creek and provide added storage during rain events thus reducing flooding. Secured grants for
<br />this project were as follow: State Appropriation $416,000 and two 319 FDEP grants
<br />$1,250,000. The project was completed on time and within budget.

<br />construction management and observation through project close-out for roadway resurfacing,
<br />drainage and striping for approximately four (4) miles along Kirby Thompson Road from the
<br />Hendry County line to County Road 720. CAS utilized a new state-of-the-art design saving
<br />money and time through the use of "Full Depth Reclamation", a process which is cost
<br />effective, providing a stronger pavement with a longer life.
