POINT OF CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER <br />(863)946-0711 <br />Project budget, estimating, funding procurement, surveying, GPR locating, design, permitting, contract documents, <br />bidding assistance, engineering services during construction, construction observation services and project <br />certification for the Avenue R Stormwater Improvements for the City of Moore Haven. The city continues to <br />address flooding and water quality issues by improving its existing conveyance systems with upgrades to existing <br />swales, box culverts, flow efficiency devices, drainage apparatuses and stormwater pump stations. This phase <br />of stormwater improvements involved the relocation of existing utilities and the installation of 1,200 LF of plastic <br />swale liner (1/4 section of 12 -inch ID smooth inner wall perforated black P.E. pipe), 350 LF of PVC culverts, ten <br />(10) concrete headwalls, one (1) drainage structure, 4,000 SY of sod and the regrading of 4,000 SY of swale. This <br />project was funded using state grants secured with the help of CAS and CAS Governmental Services. <br />Project Cost: $393,304 <br />25.
