IN VOCATION/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> ACTION: Commissioner Irving Turetsky led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: NONE <br /> • <br /> 4. AGENDA/ORDER OF BUSINESS (ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/AMENDMENTS) <br /> 4A. REQUEST TO HEAR ITEMS 9F, 9G, AND 9H DIRECTLY AFTER ITEM 5A AND TO <br /> HEAR ITEM 9C AFTER 9H. <br /> ACTION: Commissioner Kauffman moved and Vice Mayor Morrow seconded to amend the <br /> agenda as specified. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS: <br /> 5A. POLICE EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH —DISPATCHER JASON BRUDER <br /> ACTION: Lt. Radcliff read the letter from Chief Maas and presented a check to Dispatcher <br /> Bruder as Police Employee of the Month. Mayor Samson presented the certificate. <br /> 5B. PRESENTATION BY EXTERNAL AUDITORS - RACHLIN COHEN & HOLTZ <br /> ACTION: Gerry Ciocca made the presentation regarding the General Purpose Financial <br /> Statements for Fiscal Year ended September 30, 1999. <br /> 5C.
