RESOLUTION NO, 98-Z-22 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE REQUEST OF A VENTURA BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., FOR A NON-USE VARIANCE OF PARKING REQUIREMENT TO PERMIT AN EXISTING APARTMENT/HOTEL WITH 393 PARKING SPACES (603 REQUIRED) SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, A ventura Beach Club Condominium Association, Inc., has applied for the following: 1. Non Use Variance of parking requirements to permit an existing apartment I hotel with 393 parking spaces (603 spaces required). SUBJECT PROPERTY: PARCEL "A": The South 25.00 feet of Lot 6 and all of Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 2, VENICETTA BEACH SUBDIVISION, recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 100, said lot boundaries extended Easterly to the Erosion Control Line of the Atlantic Ocean, as said Line is recorded in Plat Book 134 at Page 47; all recorded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. PARCEL "B": That certain Parcel of Land lying immediately West and adjacent thereto, being a portion of Section 2, Township 52 South, Range 42 East, and a portion of Ocean Boulevard, as shown on the above- referenced VENICETTA BEACH SUBDIVISION, described as follows: Bounded on the South by the Southerly line of Lot 10 produced Westerly; Bounded on the North by the Northerly line of the South 25.00 feet of Lot 6 produced Westerly; Bounded on the East by the Westerly line of Block 2 as shown on the above-referenced VENICETT A BEACH SUBDIVISION, and Bounded on the West by the East Right-of-way Line of State Road A-I-A, as shown on the State of Florida Right-of-Way Map, recorded in Plat Book 57 at Page 23 ofthe Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
