<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 19-12-01 25 <br /> <br />within the time specified in this solicitation and resultant contract; and no grace period on <br />account of back order situations shall be honored, unless written authorization is issued by the <br />user department and a new delivery date is mutually established. In the event that the vendor <br />fails to deliver the products within the time specified, the City reserves the right to cancel the <br />order, seek the items from another vendor, and charge the incumbent vendor for any re- <br />procurement costs. If the vendor fails to honor these re-procurement costs, the City may <br />terminate the contract for default. <br /> <br />3.5 RIGHT TO INSPECT <br /> <br /> The Proposer agrees to allow City staff and/or the City’s graphic designer to inspect product on <br />site during printing to ensure the quality of the product. <br /> <br />3.6 SAMPLES <br />Samples of current Sunny Isles Beach Living Magazines, SIB Islander Newsletters, and Sunny <br />Isles Beach desktop calendars can be mailed to the proposer at their request. Samples can also <br />be requested for pick-up at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center 4th Floor, 18070 Collins <br />Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. To request a sample, please contact the City Clerk’s office <br />by phone at (305) 792.1703 or via email at CityClerk@sibfl.net with your preferred delivery <br />method. <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br />
