3. Limited Reopening of Park and Recreational Facilities and Guidelines. <br /> Effective as of 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2020, the City of Sunny Isles Beach will allow <br /> public access to Sunny Isles Beach residents with proper identification on a limited basis to a <br /> select number of parks and recreational facilities as set forth below. <br /> A. Effective as of 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2020, public access is permissible at <br /> the below listed parks, subject to the limitations set forth herein: <br /> — Gateway Park, 151 Sunny Isles Blvd. <br /> — Heritage Park, 19200 Collins Ave. <br /> * Exception: the dog park within Heritage Park shall remain closed <br /> — Intracoastal Parks, 16100 Collins Ave. <br /> — Samson Oceanfront Park, 17425 Collins Ave. <br /> — Senator Gwen Margolis Park, 17815 North Bay Road <br /> *Exception: the dog park within Senator Gwen Margolis Park shall remain <br /> closed <br /> — Town Center Park, 17200 Collins Ave. <br /> — Oceania Park, 16320 Collins Ave. <br /> B. The below listed parks shall remain closed to the public: <br /> — Golden Shores Community Park, 201 191 Terrace <br /> — Pelican Community Park, 18115 North Bay Road <br /> — Newport Fishing Pier, 16501 Collins Ave. <br /> — Bella Vista Bay Park, 500 Sunny Isles Boulevard <br /> C. Hours of Operation: <br /> The parks will be open every day except Tuesdays. The hours of operation for <br /> these locations are as follows: <br /> Daily Hours (except Tuesdays): 9 a.m. —noon and 4— 8 p.m. <br /> Senior Priority Hours: 8 —9 a.m., Monday, Wednesday, Friday <br /> D. Usage Schedule: <br /> In order to mitigate a large number of residents crowding the parks at the same <br /> time, making social distancing difficult, the City will follow a usage schedule <br /> based on the resident's home address, as follows: <br /> Residents living in houses or apartments with an even numbered address may <br /> visit parks on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. <br /> 2 of 4 <br />
