Our laboratory is accredited with the appropriate AASHTO and ASTM certifications. In <br />addition, any field staff that will be assigned to perform tests will be properly certified by the appropriate <br />agencies for any tests performed. A strict QA/QC process involving senior review is incorporated with <br />all deliverables, as is detailed in our QA/QC section above. <br />METHOD OF APPROACH <br />The successful execution of this contract will be achieved by ensuring each Work Order is organized, <br />managed and executed to meet the City’s requirements and delivery schedules. This will be <br />accomplished through initial coordination with the City’s Project Manager(s) assigned to each work <br />classification and followed by preliminary review and research, field reviews, scope clarification, effective <br />project management and development of a project specific safety and QA/QC plans. <br />Immediately upon receipt of any Work Order, our assigned Task Project Manager(s) will thoroughly <br />review the scope of services and meet with the City’s Project Manager and applicable staff to ensure a <br />clear and concise understanding of the project expectations, goals, objectives and schedule. If necessary, <br />an on-site review will be carried out to thoroughly assess the project characteristics, determine safety <br />and maintenance of traffic issues and note any special coordination, access issues or potential permits <br />required. This knowledge is then utilized to develop the project approach and determine the resources <br />needed for tasks included in the scope of services.
