We would like to leverage this experience to help manage and execute this contract for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Project Management For the survey and mapping tasks as well as general contract management, Aimara Diaz La Rosa, PSM will serve as our project manager and primary point of contact. Aimara manages Maser Consulting’s Regional Geospatial services in the tri-county area including Miami-Dade, Broward County and Palm Beach County and has focused her career on supporting various local organizations as well as private sector clients throughout South Florida. Ms. La Rosa will be dedicated to the City, and is committed to remaining accessible, informed, responsive, and accountable for the Maser Consulting Team’s service to the City. Gregory Stevens, P.E. will serve as our project manager of all geotechnical tasks. Greg has 15 years of experience in the geotechnical/materials testing/inspection profession. He has managed geotechnical design projects, managed pavement exploration programs, and supervised regional laboratory operations for various laboratory and geotechnical design continuing services contracts throughout Florida. He has been responsible for the supervision, management, quality assurance/quality control, and contract negotiations on numerous transportation and private development projects/contracts. Mr. Stevens’ geotechnical analyses and design experience includes shallow and deep foundations, berm stability, transportation, land development, forensics, sinkholes, ponds, laboratory management and pavement coring. Please refer to SF-330 later in this section as well as Section F – Firm References and Similar Work Completed for details for information on the pertinent experience of our key personnel assigned to this contract.
