RFQ NO. 20-07-01 – CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA)
SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES / GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES
Maser Consulting
based imagery. Our approach included collecting multiple close-range video trajectories throughout the
site for inspection and public relations as well as production of an ortho mosaic image of the site ties to
local county survey control. As initial design commenced, Maser Consulting was then tasked to complete
a full topographic survey of the site to support engineering design needs. In order to provide a detailed
and comprehensive dataset, we leveraged drone aerial LiDAR to map the entire site in combination with
Mobile LiDAR for adjacent roadways and conventional survey to locate all underground utilities and storm
water features. These datasets were merged to develop 1' contours over the site, a tree survey, and 3D
modeling of all storm and sanitary pipes in Civil 3D 2018.
TECO, South Florida Avenue Gas Line Extension
Client: TECO’s Peoples Gas
Contract Period: 12/2019 – 12/2019
Initial Budget: $13,490.00
Final Budget: $11,700.00
Brief Description of Services Provided: Maser Consulting supported this gas distribution extension in
busy downtown Tampa with SUE QLB and QLA services.
