RFQ NO. 20-07-01 – CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES / GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES Maser Consulting based imagery. Our approach included collecting multiple close-range video trajectories throughout the site for inspection and public relations as well as production of an ortho mosaic image of the site ties to local county survey control. As initial design commenced, Maser Consulting was then tasked to complete a full topographic survey of the site to support engineering design needs. In order to provide a detailed and comprehensive dataset, we leveraged drone aerial LiDAR to map the entire site in combination with Mobile LiDAR for adjacent roadways and conventional survey to locate all underground utilities and storm water features. These datasets were merged to develop 1' contours over the site, a tree survey, and 3D modeling of all storm and sanitary pipes in Civil 3D 2018. TECO, South Florida Avenue Gas Line Extension Client: TECO’s Peoples Gas Contract Period: 12/2019 – 12/2019 Initial Budget: $13,490.00 Final Budget: $11,700.00 Brief Description of Services Provided: Maser Consulting supported this gas distribution extension in busy downtown Tampa with SUE QLB and QLA services. With our clear understanding of TTC/MOT while working in a high traffic urban area we performed the SUE Locate work at night to minimize impact to the traveling public and ensure safe operations for our personnel and the public. Efficiencies on the project were passed onto client and reducing the budget. JEA, Ponte Vedra Boulevard Watermain Replacement Client: Jacksonville Electric Authority / Subconsultant to R.E. Holland Contract Period: 1/2019 – 12/2019 Initial and Final Budget: $31,960.00 Brief Description of Services Provided: Performed over 70 locates along a 2-mile two lane corridor with no access to the roadside. Lane closures were required for many of the test holes. Our crews safely managed the TTC/MOT and delivered the project on time and within budget. FDOT District 5, SR 519 from I-95 to SR 520 Client: Florida Department of Transportation / Subconsultant to Tetra Tech Contract Period: 4/2019 – present Initial Budget: $1,175,477.49 Final Budget: $1,130,880.78 (on track to complete within budget) Brief Description of Services Provided: This 4-mile project scope included resurfacing of the roadway, drainage and ADA changes and Right of Way Control Survey. Maser Consulting performed Mobile Lidar to expedite the DTM of the roadway with significant detail for cross slope correction. SUE was performed for all utilities to assist with design.
