RFQ NO. 20-07-01 – CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) <br />SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES / GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES <br />Maser Consulting <br />Central Florida Expressway Authority, SR 417 Widening from Landstar to Boggy Creek <br />Client: Central Florida Expressway Authority / Subconsultant to Horizon Engineering <br />Contract Period: 12/2018 – 10/2019 <br />Initial Budget: $357,847.21 <br />Final Budget: $307,074.90 <br />Brief Description of Services Provided: <br />The survey scope of work included <br />planimetric mapping and digital terrain <br />modeling of the entire project corridor, <br />from Right of Way to Right of Way for over <br />4 miles of highway and cross streets. <br />Maser Consulting provided underground <br />utility designates and locates, Mobile <br />LiDAR, and UAS LiDAR, which were used <br />to locate and document existing ground <br />features along the roadway. <br />Central Florida Expressway Authority, SR 429 Widening from West Road to SR 414 <br />Client: Central Florida Expressway Authority / Subconsultant to Moffat & Nichol <br />Contract Period: 4/2019 – present <br />Initial Budget: $629,005.96 <br />Final Budget: $729,005.96 (owner induced <br />change order of $100K to extend scope and <br />project limits) <br />Brief Description of Services Provided: 4.4- <br />mile design project, presently the lead for all <br />Survey and Subsurface Utility Engineering. <br />Scope included project control, right of way <br />survey, Mobile and Aerial LiDAR to widen <br />mainline and eight bridges for increased <br />capacity and safety improvements. <br />FDOT District 1, SR 72 from West of Gateway Avenue to <br />Gantt Road <br />Client: Florida Department of Transportation / <br />Subconsultant to AIM Engineering & Surveying <br />Contract Period: 7/2018 – 11/2018 <br />Initial and Final Budget: $28,623.32 <br />Brief Description of Services Provided: Task order under <br />Districtwide SUE contract. Provided QLB and QLA SUE <br />Services within this known congested utility corridor. Our <br />team is responsible for completing all designating, locating <br />and ground penetrating radar services for existing surface <br />and subsurface utilities in support of the design and <br />construction. <br />Section E, Page 7
