<br />Bud has extensive knowledge
<br />of what it takes to complete
<br />work on time and budget for
<br />resident engineering projects. He recognizes the importance
<br />of being responsive to the City’s needs and of being flexible
<br />and creative to deliver the most cost-effective solutions to
<br />project challenges. Bud has been the client manager for City
<br />work for three different engineering firms and has developed
<br />relationships with City staff at all levels, allowing him to
<br />immediately understand what the City requires for their
<br />projects.

<br />Construction Manager for this
<br />contract, has over 40 years
<br />of experience in engineering
<br />design (civil and electrical),
<br />construction, project and
<br />program management for
<br />governmental, residential,
<br />commercial, water and sewer utilities and fast track design/
<br />build projects, to include management of a $3.9B construction
<br />programs. He has extensive experience in improving the
<br />efficiency of systems and deploying procedures to ensure
<br />that project completion dates are achieved ahead of
<br />schedule and within budget. Throughout his career, he has
<br />established, managed and led effective project teams to
<br />accomplish project goals in conjunction with State and local
<br />governmental agencies. Ernie’s areas of expertise include
<br />construction, contract administration, project controls, project
<br />management, and project and construction scheduling.
<br />Our key professionals are supported by a comprehensive team
<br />of project engineers, designers, GIS professionals, hydraulic
<br />modelers, CADD drafters, and construction inspectors to
<br />provide every service needed under this contract.

<br />the community and is confident
<br />that, working with the City we can
<br />deliver a verification for projects
<br />under this program at the desired
<br />Envision certification level, using
<br />the ISI’s Envision tool. The Envision
<br />sustainable infrastructure rating system is a comprehensive
<br />framework of 60 sustainability criteria that address the full
<br />range of environmental, social, and economic impacts to
<br />sustainability in project design, construction, and operation.
<br />These criteria—called “credits”—are arranged in five
<br />categories: Quality of Life, Leadership, Resource Allocation,
<br />Natural World, and Climate and Risk.
<br />We consider the integrated approach and organized
<br />documentation vital to delivering sustainability across each
<br />project we undertake and will use the tool as a framework for
<br />our design approach. We are particularly committed to the
<br />Envision achievement sections Quality of Life and Resource
<br />Allocation. Through our Envision leadership, in addition to
<br />design refinements, projects can achieve a promising increase
<br />to the quality of life in the neighborhood sensitive strategies.

<br />The CES Team brings together experienced professionals that
<br />have been serving municipalities and agencies throughout
<br />Florida for decades. Our local, tightly integrated team offers
<br />proven leadership from professionals who have an in-depth
<br />understanding and a solid track record in the delivery of
<br />successful projects. CES has established relationships with
<br />each subconsultant and will lead the group as the City’s single
<br />point of contact and accountability.
<br />The CES Team understands that maintaining good working
<br />relationships with state and federal regulatory agencies is
<br />critical for successfully permitting water, wastewater, and
<br />water resource projects. Our Team has developed a strong
<br />rapport with the Southwest Florida Water Management
<br />District (SWFWMD), Florida Department of Environmental
<br />Protection (FDEP), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE),
<br />Florida Department of Health, and the EPA. These established
<br />relationships help expedite permitting.
