<br />Responsible for Construction Engineering Inspection services for Sistrunk Boulevard Streetscape and
<br />Enhancement Project. The project was funded and managed by the Fort Lauderdale CRA and included
<br />streetscape improvements consisting of landscape, median, paver sidewalk, lighting, drainage and other
<br />improvements. Work included close coordination with existing businesses during construction, public relations to
<br />keep all parties informed of improvements, maintenance of traffic coordination to ensure access to all properties
<br />throughout construction and a full time RPR on-site managing the project. The project was federally funded
<br />including LAP funding.

<br />Construction Inspector - This project was for the construction engineering inspection services to re-construct a
<br />public roadway known as Davie Road Phase 1 within public right-of-way owned by Broward County extending
<br />from the State Road 84 Right-of-Way to Nova Drive. The length of the reconstruction was approximately 2,640
<br />linear feet. The primary intent was for CTA to provide construction engineering inspection services for the re-
<br />construction of the roadway. The construction project consisted of pavement, base and sub-grade
<br />reconstruction, curb & gutter construction, bike lane construction, sidewalk construction, median construction,
<br />driveway reconstruction within the R.O.W., drainage system construction, landscaping & irrigation construction,
<br />pavement marking & signage, traffic signal modification at Reese Road and at Nova Drive, street lighting, and
<br />coordination with utility companies.
