He has <br />experience with permitting agencies such as Miami Dade County Water and <br />Sewer Department, Broward County Health Department, and Broward County <br />Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department. He is very <br />proficient in the latest versions of AutoCAD Civil 3D. <br />Relevant Experience: <br />Stormwater Master Plan | North Miami Beach, Florida| Senior Engineer - <br />Analyzed the results of the ICPR models for the various storm events identified <br />the facilities within the sub-basins that required capital improvements. <br />Proposed capital improvements were based upon the following criteria: <br />finished floor elevations shall be above the 100-year, 3-day storm event flood <br />elevation, crown of major roadway elevations shall be above the 25-year, 3- <br />day storm event flood elevation, and crown of subdivision street elevations <br />shall be above the 10-year, 1-day storm event flood elevation. All capital <br />improvements were remodeled in ICPR and the sub- basins analyzed based <br />upon the modeled results. All capital improvement recommendations <br />included: estimated construction costs, analyzed system & recommended <br />improvements, Incorporated changes into model, provided cost estimate for <br />proposed improvements. <br />NE 185th Street Turn Lane Extension | Aventura, Florida | Civil Engineer <br />Craven Thompson provided surveying and civil engineering for East side of NE <br />185th St. and Biscayne Blvd. intersection. Mr. Pimentel assisted with the <br />design and permitting of the westbound left turn lane extension on NE 185th <br />St. at the intersection with Biscayne Boulevard. Processed permit applications <br />with Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works. <br />Prepared bid documents and assisted with RFI responses during construction. <br />NE 29th Place North | Aventura, Florida | Civil Engineer - Craven Thompson <br />provided surveying and civil engineering for NE 29th Place between NE 203rd <br />St. and Aventura Blvd. Mr. Pimentel assisted in the design and permitting of <br />stormwater improvements for NE 29th Pl. between NE 203rd St. and Aventura <br />Blvd. Worked on design plans and stormwater calculations. Processed permit <br />applications with Miami Dade Dept. of Environmental Resources Management <br />and Miami-Dade County Dept. of Transportation and Public Works.
