<br />Mr. Shaver is responsible for coordination with Clients and contractors,
<br />supervision of inspection personnel, inspection of infrastructure engineering
<br />projects including, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm
<br />drainage and roadways. Performs shop drawing reviews, pay application
<br />processing, certifications, construction management and review of record
<br />drawings for private and municipal clients.

<br />Construction Manager - Responsible for Construction Management. Project
<br />involved the milling and resurfacing of existing roadway, installation of curb
<br />and gutter, pavement marking, signage, and traffic signal loops drainage
<br />installation, cleaning and videoing of drainage system, sidewalk construction,
<br />tree removal and installation, and light pole modifications on NE 29th Place
<br />(North) from Aventura Blvd. to NE 203rd Street
<br />Garden Acres Neighborhood Improvements | Oakland Park, Florida |
<br />Construction Administrator/Manager - The water improvements consisted of
<br />5,591 linear feet of 6” diameter main, and 962 linear feet of 8” diameter
<br />main. The drainage system consisted of 4” deep roadway swales, 2,136 linear
<br />feet of storm sewer, 4,171 linear feet and of exfiltration trench. The swales
<br />and exfiltration trenches handle the water quality volume generated by the
<br />roadway right-of-way area. The project also included major roadway, and
<br />sanitary sewer improvements. The sanitary improvements consisted of 7,045
<br />linear feet of 8” diameter sewer, 218 linear feet of 4” diameter force main ,
<br />and 1,044 linear feet of 6” diameter force main. Craven Thompson provided
<br />design and Construction Engineering & Inspection services. The project was
<br />certified through the City, BC Public Health Unit, BC Wastewater & SFWMD.
<br />N11 & N12 Control Structure Project - CBWCD | Davie, Cooper City, Southwest
<br />Ranches, Florida | Construction Manager. This involved motorized slide gates
<br />at the confluence of the N-11 and N-12 Canals with the C-11 Canal. Both
<br />canals are located within the District’s N-12 Basin.
<br />Miami Gardens Livable Neighborhood Improvements Project |Miami Gardens,
<br />Florida| Responsible for Construction Management - The project includes
<br />approximately 222 total acres of land subdivided among four separate sites;
<br />namely Garden Circle, Kings Garden I & II, Kings Garden III and Vista Verde.
<br />The various project sites are all located within the confines of NW 183rd Street
<br />(Miami Gardens Drive), NW 215th Street (County Line Road), NW 47th Avenue,
<br />and NW 37th Avenue in the City of Miami Gardens, Florida.
<br />191st Street Drainage Improvements | Aventura, Florida | Construction
<br />Manager - Approximately 600’, 60’ R.O.W. Craven Thompson provided
<br />surveying, civil engineering (design, permitting & bid assistance) and CEI
<br />services on the project.
