REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. 20-07-01 <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TAB F: FIRM REFERENCES AND SIMILAR WORK COMPLETED <br /> <br />Don Shaver (continued) <br />Ramblewood Circle Drainage Improvements | Greenacres, Florida | Construction Manager <br />The project required 615 linear feet of drainage piping, 351 linear feet of exfiltration trench, 1,000 linear <br />feet of sidewalk, and numerous driveway restorations within the neighborhood road rights-of-ways. <br />Significant pavement restoration was also required. The challenges in the project included working <br />around existing water and sewer services to remain in service while installing significant trench and <br />drainage pipe as well as working to minimize impacts to residences during construction as much as <br />possible. Craven Thompson provided surveying, design, permitting and CEI services. <br />Harlem McBride Area Roadway & Drainage Improvements | Oakland Park | Construction Manager <br />He was responsible for Construction management for drainage and roadway construction of Harlem <br />McBride area. The project consisted of a water distribution system, a stormwater system, and roadway <br />pavement overlay. <br />Art Park | Oakland Park, Florida | Construction Manager <br />The City of Oakland Park and Craven Thompson have designed and are installing streetscape <br />improvements for 34th Court and as part of this program the City had Craven Thompson design an Art <br />Park on a vacant parcel of land. Mr. Peavler created the concept of using the parcel as an art park, <br />designed the park and oversaw he construction. He has also worked with the City to program the park’s <br />future events. The transformation from a desolate strip mall and parking lot into a focal park in the city <br />has provided needed beautification along the Dixie Highway corridor. <br />Don Soffer Exercise Path & Beautification Improvements | Aventura, Florida | Construction Manager <br />Don was responsible for construction management of the pedestrian/bicycle trail along Country Club. <br /> <br />F | Page 48
