Other tasks involved within this scope include: <br />quantity takeoffs for payment to contractors; shop drawing review; processing <br />of change orders; tracking of all water, sanitary, and drainage testing for <br />certification to various agencies; conduct progress meetings; document work <br />deficiencies and review of as-built drawings. <br />Relevant Experience: <br />Davie Road Phase 1 CEI Services | Davie, Florida | Construction Inspector - <br />This project was for the construction engineering inspection services to re - <br />construct a public roadway known as Davie Road Phase 1 within public right- <br />of-way owned by Broward County extending from the State Road 84 Right-of- <br />Way to Nova Drive. The length of the reconstruction was approximately 2,640 <br />linear feet. The primary intent was for CTA to provide construction <br />engineering inspection services for the re-construction of the roadway. The <br />construction project consisted of pavement, base and sub-grade <br />reconstruction, curb & gutter construction, bike lane construction, sidewalk <br />construction, median construction, driveway reconstruction within the R.O.W., <br />drainage system construction, landscaping & irrigation construction, <br />pavement marking & signage, traffic signal modification at Reese Road and at <br />Nova Drive, street lighting, and coordination with utility companies. <br />NE/NW 6th Street (Sistrunk Blvd.) Streetscape and Enhancement Project | <br />Fort Lauderdale, Florida | Construction Inspector – Responsible for <br />Construction Engineering Inspection services for Sistrunk Boulevard <br />Streetscape and Enhancement Project. The project was funded and managed <br />by the Fort Lauderdale CRA and included streetscape improvements <br />consisting of landscape, median, paver sidewalk, lighting, drainage and other <br />improvements. Work included close coordination with existing businesses <br />during construction, public relations to keep all parties informed of <br />improvements, maintenance of traffic coordination to ensure access to all <br />affected properties throughout construction and a full time RPR on-site <br />managing the project. The project was federally funded including LAP <br />funding. <br />Garden Acres Neighborhood Improvements |Oakland Park, Florida | <br />Construction Inspector - Responsible for construction management. The <br />infrastructure improvements to the existing neighborhood including a storm <br />sewer, exfiltration trench, structures, milling & resurfacing, roadway <br />reconstruction, and ROW restoration. <br />F | Page 49
