Messina, P.S.M. (continued) <br />Hallandale Beach City-Wide Geodetic and Control Survey for Aerial LiDAR | Hallandale Beach, Florida | <br />Project Surveyor - The survey included a GPS control network to meet horizontal and vertical acc uracies <br />to 0.10 feet on all hard surfaces within the City Limits. This included setting 188 aerial targets to control <br />an area of about 26,000 acres from Pembroke Road, south to the Broward / Miami-Dade County line & <br />from the Atlantic Ocean west to I- 95. <br />Northridge Bus Shelter Survey and Sketch & Legal | Oakland Park, Florida | Surveyor <br />This survey included the location of all visible fixed improvements between the north edge of pavement <br />for Commercial Boulevard, north to the back of the existing parking lot. T he area surveyed was from the <br />east edge of the west entrance to Northridge Shopping Plaza. He also prepared a sketch and legal <br />description, for the “Leased Premises” lands surveyed, based on the final limits, as approved by the City. <br />Filmore Street As-Built Topographic Survey | Hollywood, Florida | Surveyor <br />Mr. Messina prepared a topographic (as-built) survey of Filmore Street, between N. 31st Avenue and N. <br />32nd Avenue in the City of Hollywood. <br />Central Broward Water Control District (Surveys, Plan & Survey Review, Easements, Record Searches) <br />Mr. Messina performs surveying for the District Engineer, in compliance with FS Chapter 177 and F.A.C. <br />Rule 5J-17, he also creates and reviews easements for the District. <br />City of Hollywood Alley Reconstruction Survey (FY2014/2015) | Hollywood, Florida | Surveyor <br />Craven Thompson prepared topographic surveys for engineering design purposes for nineteen (19) <br />individual sites, encompassing a total of 9,650 linear feet for alley reconstruction. The surveys consisted <br />of cross-sections at fifty (50) foot intervals, along the route with elevations within the rights-of-way of the <br />alleys, at each edge of pavement, and center of alley, including five (5) feet outside of the rights-of-way, <br />where it is accessible and safe for the survey crew members to enter private property. <br />Greenacres Palm Beach Villas Sidewalk Survey | Greenacres, Florida | Project Surveyor <br />Mr. Messina provided professional surveying services for the sidewalk project. The survey locations <br />consisted of four sec tions of Empire Way (2200’), portions of Toga Way (210 ’), Nicia Way (120’), and <br />Centurian Way (650’). The entire project totaling 3,180 lineal fe et is to be surveyed for sidewalk <br />design . This survey consisted of preparing a design survey of the roadways noted above. <br />Stormwater GIS/Data Collection, Project | North Miami Beach, Florida | GIS Specialist <br />The City is divided into six (6) zones and that structure/pipe data was collected within each zone and <br />identified by zone and structure numbers. GIS data was collected and processed utilizing the City’s <br />existing Unit ID naming system in the geodatabase. The CTA data was collected by a Unique ID. CTA <br />provided the City with a copy of the updated geodatabase with all the proposed data fields to be collected <br />for review. The GIS data collected consisted of: Structure type (junction, inlet, control structure, drainage <br />well): Pipes: Culvert and Outfalls: and Headwalls and Seawalls. <br />Plantation Gardens Watermain Route Survey | Plantation, Florida | Surveyor <br />Mr. Messina was responsible for establishing the GPS Horizontal Control Network and Digital Level <br />Vertical control network for mobile LIDAR scanning of the watermain rehabilitation project. <br /> <br />F | Page 61
