Selected Conceptual Design submission to the City Phase III – Final Design and Construction Documents 1. Construction Document preparation once the conceptual design is approved by the City. 2. Phased plan production for design development. Design documents will be provided at 60%, 90%, and 100% completion to coordinate the effort with local, State, and Federal regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over the project. These agencies may include the following: • City of Sunny Isles Beach – Public Works • City of Sunny Isles Beach – Planning Department • City of Sunny Isles Beach – Building Department • City of Sunny Isles Beach – Fire Department • City of Sunny Isles Beach – Engineering Department • Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resource Management • Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) • Florida Department of Environmental Protection • Florida Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and Conservation Commission (FWC) • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers • NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service 3. Environmental permitting to obtain all final permits for project construction. 4. Provide copies (electronic and hardcopies) as required by the City’s representative. 5. Presentations to City Commission & Stakeholders regarding project progress and final designs, if necessary.
