Peter served was the Principle in Charge. <br />The project included roadway, drainage, lighting, and signalization improvements as well as replacement of a bulkhead wall <br />along the existing canal. Additionally, the geotechnical services included providing design services for a pump station at 32nd <br />Street, which included developing engineering recommendations for pump station foundation and excavation support. Peter <br />served as Principle in Charge. <br />Miami Beach Convention Center Renovation (Miami Beach, FL) <br />This project consists of the renovation and expansion of the existing Miami Beach Convention Center with the addition of a <br />two-story ballroom and meeting space with parking located on the roof of the north and west addition. Additionally, the project <br />includes the construction of a park pavilion west of Convention Center Drive. Pater serves as the Principle in Charge. <br />The project consisted of constructing a 108,350 square feet enclosed dry storage facility that will replace an existing dry stack <br />marina containing 260 open-rack dry storage units. The project also included a pile-supported slab-on-grade for forklifts. Addi- <br />tionally, fl oating docks will be constructed in Biscayne Bay. The project also included sheet pilling to bring the site to grade. Peter <br />served as a Principle in Charge. <br />Westrec Haulover Marine Center (Miami Beach, FL) <br />DB14-WASD-05 48-Inch Water Main (Miami, FL) <br />The project included providing geotechnical services during preparation of the design-build criteria package for the pipe instal- <br />lation, which required fi ve mirco-tunneling crossings and the rest with open-cut installation. Peter provided project oversight and <br />fi nal review of GBR and GDR reports that were integral parts of the contract documents.
