The project is <br />located east of NW 97th Avenue between the NW 162th Street <br />and NW 170th Street in the City of Hialeah. SRS services <br />included assisting in the site plan development and the civil <br />design of all on-site roadways, paving and grading, drainage <br />and storm water management systems, water and sewer <br />systems, and a sewer pump station. Services also included <br />design of off-site roadway improvements along adjacent <br />portions of NW 97th Avenue and new roadway - NW 170th <br />Street. Other services included contracting and coordinating <br />all geotechnical investigations; all environmental studies <br />including wetland mitigation reports and preparation of ERP <br />permit. <br /> <br />94
