We understand the <br />requirements to successfully meet project goals within predetermined schedules and budget constraints. We will develop contract <br />documents that focus on the functionality, cost effectiveness, biddability, and maintainability of the final product. ERIC J. HAMMOND, PE – <br />Principal | Mechanical Engineer <br />Mr. Hammond is a Professional Engineer <br />with over 45 years of experience in <br />Mechanical,Plumbing and Fire Protection <br />design and Construction, Management. <br />Mr. Hammond is the Principal-in-Charge <br />overseeing all technical and administrative <br />policies and management of the firm. He has facilitated <br />many new and existing municipal projects, to include public <br />safety and transportation, judicial buildings, fire stations, <br />parking garages, emergency operations, community enters, <br />senior centers, recreational centers, parks, and renovation <br />and remodeling of building facilities. <br />STEPHEN FARQUHARSON LEED,AP <br />– Project Manager , Electrical Engineer <br />Engineering Manager | Electrical Engineer <br /> Stephen Farquharson is an Electrical <br />Engineer with over 13 years of Electrical <br />Engineering Design and Construction <br />Administration experience. He has served <br />as lead Electrical engineer on many of Hammond & Associates <br />renovation projects. His expertise includes design of UPS, fire <br />alarm, lightning protection, lighting and power systems. He is <br />very knowledgeable in the requirements and specifications of <br />back-up generators. Mr. Farquharson has provided Electrical <br />design and construction management for various of HA’s <br />municipal, government, and county projects. He has the <br />expertise in managing complex projects requiring LEED design <br />including several LEED Silver projects. <br />DONALD DIXON, PE – <br />Electrical Engineer <br />Mr. Dixon is a Registered Professional <br />Engineer with over 15 years of experience <br />in electrical engineering design, installations <br />and construction management services. <br />Mr. Dixon serves as the Project Engineer <br />and electrical Engineer-of-Record for many of Hammond & <br />Associates municipal and county projects. His expertise is in the <br />design of power distribution systems and value engineering. <br />He has the expertise to manage complex projects and works in <br />close collaboration with project owners and architects to create <br />a design that meets the needs of both the Owner and the User. <br />NATHAN HAMMOND, EIT– <br />Mechanical Engineer <br />Nathan Hammond is the Managing <br />Director for Hammond Engineering, <br />Inc. and a Mechanical Engineer. <br />Nathan has over 14 years of experience <br />in business operation and project <br />management. Nathan handles the daily operations of <br />Hammond & Associates offices including Florida and <br />Georgia. He is responsible for the overall client satisfaction <br />of all projects. Nate ensures all resources are made available <br />to our clients by tailoring our services as required by our <br />contracts. His main goal is to confirm that all designs are up <br />to design criteria protocols, are delivered on time and within <br />the contract’s schedules and budgets. <br />MYKENSON PIERRE – <br />Mechanical Engineering <br />Mr. Mykenson Pierre is a mechanical <br />Engineer with over 3 years of design <br />experience. During his tenure with <br />Hammond & Associates Mykenson <br />has been part of the internal team <br />providing MEP services at Port Everglades. His expertise <br />lies in the ability to assist in the permitting and conducting <br />site inspections for all of Hammond & Associates projects <br />including municipal and government clients. <br />BERT AURELUS – <br />Plumbing Engineer <br />Mr. Bert Aurelus is a plumbing engineer <br />with over 6 years of experience. He serves <br />a as a plumbing designer with Hammond <br />& Associates, Inc. Bert has been part of <br />the internal team providing MEP services <br />to various municipal and county projects. <br />He is holds intrinsic knowledgeable of all Florida Building <br />Codes, Miami-Dade County Standards, and is well versed in <br />all city ordinances. His wealth experience and knowledge has <br />allowed us to facilitate the permitting process four city and <br />municipal clients.
