<br />Christopher Columbus High School Locker Rooms, Miami, FL. To complement their athletic program,
<br />Construction Documents and Construction Administration Services were provided for an 1,000 SF office
<br />and locker room for the baseball team.

<br />Christopher Columbus High School - Pedestrian Bridge, Miami, FL. To reduce the time it takes the
<br />students to get from one class to another, Construction Documents and Construction Administration
<br />Services were provided for a cast-in-place concrete pedestrian bridge (75’ long x 11’ wide) that
<br />connected the second floor of various classroom buildings.

<br />New Visitors Environemntal Center, Kendall campus, Miami Dade College, Miami, FL. PMM
<br />Consulting Engineers, Corp. was the Engineer of Record for Miami Dade College’s Environmental Center
<br />at the Kendall Campus. Visitors now have the opportunity to learn and study the South Florida habitats
<br />for its unique flora and fauna. The 1,000 +/- SF pavilion is described as “off the grid” state-of-the-art
<br />facility which utilized solar panels, a composting toilet and rooftop rainwater collector plus other features
<br />designed to LEED Platinum standards. Locally harvested materials and reused wood provided mulch
<br />around the building grounds. The Center is located on a strip of land on the NW corner of the Miami
<br />Dade College Kendall campus.

<br />City of Miami Plan Review and Inspection Services, Citywide. This continuing services contract was
<br />awarded in 2012. Current assignment includes plan review services and plan processing for various
<br />types of facilities located within the City of Miami. These facilities include residential, commercial,
<br />institutional and industrial.

<br />Pier 60 Beachfront Park, Clearwater Beach, FL. Renovations of an existing park to a new three-acre
<br />beachfront park with such amenities as a concession area, two covered play grounds, seat walls,
<br />benches, showers, bike racks and a multipurpose pavilion.
<br />
<br />Family Water Theme Park, Clearwater, FL. A proposed one-acre improvement designed to
<br />accommodate approximately 100 patrons for lap, instructional and freestyle swimming techniques. The
<br />project included an office, restroom facilities, a breezeway, a ticket booth, fencing, gates, sidewalks, pool
<br />decks, lighting, signage and landscaping.

<br />Crandon Park Cabanas, Miami, FL. Renovation of a two-story building consisting of 50 public cabana
<br />units and housing, restroom facilities measuring over 10,800 SF. Plans were prepared to retrofit a 1950's
<br />style building incorporating current ADA Compliance and current code compliance.
<br />
<br />Advantage Academy, Miami, FL. Design of 48,000 SF charter school located in Miami Dade County.
<br />School consisted of classrooms, meeting rooms, administrative offices, teachers’ lounge, art room,
<br />cafeteria, storage areas, janitorial closets, physical educations areas, etc… The facility consisted of a
<br />two-story load bearing masonry structure where the first elevated floor consisted of pre-stressed pre-cast
<br />concrete joists supporting a concrete slab, the roof consisted of open web steel joists supporting a metal
<br />decking; all on spread foundations.
<br />
<br />Christopher Columbus High School Wrestling Room, Miami, FL. As a result of decay, the 800 SF
<br />wood roof to one of the ancillary buildings of the 180,000 SF facility required replacement. Construction
<br />documents and Construction Administration Services were provided to remove the damaged wood roof
<br />structure and replace with a new long-lasting steel roof structure
