<br />surface along the perimeter of the existing wa ter storage tank. The purpose of these services is to provide information and geotechnical
<br />engineering recommendations relative to subsurface soil/rock conditions, groundwater conditions, foundation design and constr uction, and

<br />Project Engineer/Manager. A three-story fire station building was planned at the northeast corner of NE 32nd Street and NE 32nd Avenue
<br />in at the time of Terracon’s initial services from 2012 to 2013. The facility contains an apparatus bay at the west and generator pad on the
<br />east. The firm performed geotechnical engineering services that included field exploration comprised of the drilling of borin gs, laboratory
<br />testing and geotechnical engineering services. Terracon also provided observation of the installation or the auger cast piles during
<br />construction as part of the design team in 2017. We completed the auger cast pile installation monitoring for the 14 -inch auger cast piles
<br />(ACPs) for the proposed facility. The firm provided engineering oversight and related testing services during the ACP installation to assure
<br />that the work was completed in a manner which met the intent of the project plans and specifications. Our personnel furnish ed full-time
<br />observation of the pile installation work and recording such information as total length, rock socket length, grout volume, g rout factor, and
<br />reinforcement type and placement procedures. The firm also provided geotechnical consultation service s such as reviewing shop
<br />drawings, submittals and responded to requests for information during construction. Firm’s Fee: $19,350

<br />Project Engineer/Manager. Responsible for the construction materials testing services that were provided for the general cont ractor. The
<br />CRA’s project consists of converting three blocks of overhead public utilities to underground including TV, phone and power with hardscape
<br />beatification. It also includes beach access street‐end public amenities tied to the Hollywood Boardwalk, paver streets and sidewalks,
<br />fountains, wood trellises, mosaic paver inserts, decorative street pole lighting and landscaping installed along with underground utilities,
<br />drainage water and sewer service tied to private residences. Terracon’s scope of services consisted of field and laboratory t esting services
<br />including field and density tests, moisture density tests, limerock bearing ratio (LBRs), concrete testing, unconfined compressive strength
<br />tests, and asphalt testing. Firm’s Fee: $15,040
