<br />for the PBA/Fern Isle Redevelopment Project. PBA/Fern Isle Park is a proposed 6 -acre riverfront passive park with amenities such as multi -use
<br />lawn area, play landforms, large picnic shelters, outdoor exercise area, walking paths, parking/drop-off area, historic pedestrian bridge with
<br />hanging chairs, waterfront promenade, and wayfinding and historic signage.

<br />Project manager and landscape architect. As prime consultant, Kimley-Horn provided North Bay Village with landscape architecture and civil
<br />engineering services for the site improvements to separate plaza areas and connector boardwalk under the east bridge along JFK Causeway.
<br />Services included the design of landscape architectural components including hardscape, landscape, site furniture, site lighting and irrigation
<br />from concept through construction. Part of the design elements of the project includes an iconic "sail structure" to serve as a focal point.

<br />Landscape architect. Kimley-Hom was retained for the development of a master plan for six sites owned by Miami -Dade County. Two design
<br />options were developed for each site and presented to the public and the Miami River Committee for discussion and concurrence for the
<br />recommended alternative to proceed with the design phase. Design included site development, drainage, permitting (DERM and FDEP),
<br />lighting, structural design new seawalls, and repairs of existing landscape and irrigation. Locations include SW 2nd Avenue Bridge; 54th Street
<br />Metromover Station; Miami Avenue Bridge; Beneath County Metrorail, adjacent to FPL riverwalk; Beneath County Metrorail, adjacent to "Neo
<br />Vertika:" and M -D WASD wmp station and connection to North River Drive.

<br />Landscape Architect and Project Manager. Kimley-Hom provided lead landscape architecture services for Regatta Park, a new 15 -acre
<br />waterfront passive park that transformed the underutilized waterfront into a more cohesive and vibrant public space that helped connect the
<br />public to the waterfront. The main features of the park included the Expo Lawn, Regatta Lawn, tropical gardens, promenade, multi -use path
<br />connector, Tree Alee, and children's play area. Kimley-Horn was tasked with the landscape architectural and civil engineering design of the

<br />Landscape Architect. Kimley-Horn was selected for the new construction and widening of Mowry Drive (SW 320th Street) from SW 157 Avenue
<br />to SW 152 Avenue. The existing roadway consisted of a one -lane paved road and was proposed to be converted to a four -lane divided urban
<br />section with bike lanes on both sides. The project included design and preparation of roadway, drainage, signing and marking, lighting, water
<br />main extension, landscaping, and irrigation plans. As part of the project, environmental and drainage permits were obtained from SFWMD,
<br />RER, and USACE. The project also included preparation of bid documents and construction supervision.
