<br />Project manager and Engineer of Record (Foundation Permit) for a new LEED Certified $100 Million 4 -story, 318,000 square foot hospital,
<br />medical office building and central energy plant. The project used a combination of concrete moment frames and shear walls to resist wind
<br />forces, prestressed joist for the floor framing, and six-inch precast concrete panels for cladding. The structure is designed to resist the lower
<br />bound wind speed of a Category 5 hurricane. The project highlighted a spiral staircase at the main lobby.
