<br />Environmental analyst responsible for obtaining a General Environmental Resource Permit for the two pedestrian bridges, reviewing natural and
<br />social resources within the study area to prepare a Type 1 Categorical Exclusion checklist, conducting listed species survey, wetland/surface
<br />water delineation, and examining study area for social resources. Kimley-Horn is completing a set of construction plans for two pedestrian

<br />Environmental scientist. Responsibilities included preparation of permit application packages for a US Coast Guard Bridge permit and a State of
<br />Florida Environmental Resource permit for replacement of the McNab Road over Cypress Creek bridge. Kimley-Horn is providing design and
<br />consulting services for two separate bridge projects within the City as part of the current G.O. Bond. The project at McNab Road includes the
<br />full replacement of the existing bridge and relocation of existing utilities. Kimley-Horn is leading permitting of this project. Improvements at Terra
<br />Mar Drive include repairs to the existing bridge and seawalls to address deterioration.

<br />Environmental scientist conducting crested caracara (federally threatened bird species) surveying and ERP and USACE permitting, which
<br />includes wetland mitigation coordination with Bluefield Ranch Mitigation Bank. Responsible for permitting the reconstruction of Midway Road
<br />from a two-lane, rural roadway to a four -lane, divided urban roadway from west of South 25th Street to east of SR 5 (US 1), for a length of two
<br />miles. Also includes replacement of the existing bridge over the North Fork of the St. Lucie River (Aquatic Preserve and Outstanding Florida
<br />Water) and retaining walls, drainage ponds, signing, lighting, si nalization, landsca in , irrigation, and wetland mitigation.

<br />creation of suitable, offsite wetland mitigation plan at a County -owned property. Served as a scientist for the Kimley-Horn team designing the
<br />extension of the Blvd. from US 41 to Paseo al Mar Blvd. that will result in a 4 -lane facility including the bridge over 1-75 to the eastern limits of
<br />the conservation easement or approach tie -down.
