4.14 All amendments, modifications and supplements, change orders and work <br />directive changes issued on or after the Effective Date of the Agreement. <br />4.15 Any additional documents that are required to be submitted under the <br />Agreement. <br />4.16 Permits on file with the City and or those permits to be obtained shall be <br />considered directive in nature and will be considered a part of this Agreement. A <br />copy of all permits shall be given to the City for inclusion in the Contract <br />Documents. Terms of permits shall be met prior to acceptance of the Work and <br />release of the final payment. <br />In the event of any conflict between the documents or any ambiguity or missing <br />specification or instruction, the following priority is established: <br />a. Approved change orders, addenda or amendments. <br />b. Specifications (quality) and Drawings (location and quantity). <br />c. Supplemental conditions or special terms. <br />d. General Terms and Conditions. <br />e. This Agreement. <br />f. Invitation to Bid No. 12352-403, and the specifications prepared by the City. <br />g. Contractor's response to the City's Invitation to Bid No. 12352-403, dated <br />January 20, 2020. <br />h. Schedule of Values. <br />i. Schedule of Completion. <br />If during the performance of the Work, Contractor finds a conflict, error or discrepancy in <br />the Contract Documents, Contractor shall so report to the Project Manager, in writing, at <br />once and before proceeding with the Work affected shall obtain a written interpretation <br />or clarification from the City. <br />It is the intent of the specifications and plans to describe a complete Project to be <br />constructed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Any Work that may <br />reasonably be inferred from the specifications or plans as being required to produce the <br />intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for. When words <br />which have a well-known technical or trade meaning are used to describe Work, <br />materials, or equipment, such works shall be interpreted in accordance with such <br />meaning.
