The Contractor will be <br />responsible for repairing or replacing any trees, shrubs, lawns and landscaping <br />that may be damaged due to careless operation of equipment, stockpiling of <br />materials, tracking of grass by equipment or other construction activity. The <br />Contractor will be liable for, or will be required to replace or restore at no <br />expense to the City all vegetation not protected or preserved as required herein <br />that may be destroyed or damaged. <br />During the progress of the work, the Contractor shall keep the premises free from <br />accumulations of waste materials, rubbish and debris resulting from the Work. At <br />the completion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all waste materials, <br />rubbish and debris from and about the premises as well as all tools, appliances, <br />construction equipment and machinery, and surplus materials and shall leave the <br />site clean and ready for occupancy by the City. The Contractor shall restore to <br />their original condition those portions of the site not designated for alteration by <br />the Contract Documents at no cost to the City. <br />8.15 Proiect Coordination: The Contractor shall provide for the complete coordination <br />of the construction effort. This shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, <br />coordination of the following: <br />8.15.1 Flow of material and equipment from suppliers. <br />8.15.2 The interrelated work with affected utility companies. <br />8.15.3 The interrelated work with the City where tie-ins to existing facilities are <br />required. <br />8.15.4 The effort of independent testing agencies. <br />8.15.5 Notice to affected property owners as may be directed by the Project <br />Manager. <br />8.16 Proiect Record Documents and Final As-Builts (Record Drawings): Contractor <br />shall be responsible for maintaining up-to-date redline as -built drawings, on site, <br />at all times during construction. All as -built information shall be surveyed and <br />verified by a professional land surveyor registered in the State of Florida. <br />Contractor shall provide the City with a minimum of three (3) sets of signed and <br />sealed record drawings (Final As-Builts) and a CD of the electronic drawings files <br />created in AutoCad 2014 or later. All costs associated with survey work required <br />for construction layout and as -built preparation shall be the responsibility of the <br />Contractor. <br />CAM 20-0192 <br />C-14 EXHIBIT 3 <br />Page 14 of 46 <br />
