BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />PROJECT SCOPE <br />OCI Associates was selected as a sub-consultant to an Architectural firm to <br />provide a Due Diligence Report and Building Conditions Assessment of a <br />education center in Belle Glades. Our team members were required to provide a <br />site visit to the building and evaluate the following mechanical spaces in attics or <br />replace all units with an air-cooled chiller with AHU’s and VAV system. <br />After the evaluation, our team provided a report of findings such as the general <br />condition, MEP engineer’s opinion of overall serviceability and longevity as well <br />as our recommendation for remedial repair or a completed replacement of the <br />systems and a probable cost estimate.
