The new casino building remains true to the original 1920's <br />architecture; and while there is no gambling at the new building, the name "Casino" remains as a reminder of the history and <br />importance of the building to the citizens of Lake Worth. <br /> In 2018 CMS provided Cost Estimating for the renovation of existing oceanfront municipal park including new casino <br />building, service area, swimming pool, drop-off area, stage area, maintenance facility, parking lots/parking garage and stair <br />elevator tower. <br /> Size: 13 Acres <br /> Cost: Five different schemes ranging from $18,161,285.00 to $59,015,031.00 <br /> Scope of Work: Order of Magnitude Cost Estimating <br /> <br /> <br />25.
