Conducted one-on-one <br />meetings with over 39 condominium properties to gather support for the project, responded to residents’ concerns, and addressed <br />design restrictions set forth in the Florida Administrative Code and balance those against resident’s expectations. Responsible for <br />coordinating with all State and local permitting agencies CGA’s fees: $534,000. <br />2011 2019 <br />Oakland Park Station <br />Oakland Park, Florida <br />Responsible for all conceptual design, site, design and construction detailing of a public plaza at the terminus of the City’s culinary <br />district. The design effectively created flexible public environment that could be used as event spaces and could accommodate the <br />needs of the City in continuing its adopted branding through the use of elements, furnishings, paver palettes and landscape lighting. The <br />project’s challenging shallow dimensions required innovative solutions to address ADA access to adjacent buildings while maximizing <br />opportunities for the use of space, addressed through the creation of large stage settings that served as landings and allowed for public <br />engagement and interaction. CGA’s fees: $25,000. <br />2012 2014 <br />98th Street Park <br />Bay Harbor Islands, Florida <br />Responsible for all public outreach, site design, construction detailing, and planting design of a neighborhood passive park. The park <br />includes a small dog park area, flexible open space, children’s play areas, an interactive water feature and a restroom facility. Designed <br />the splash pad, play areas, and landscaping. Coordinated the design of the restroom facility and facilitated all necessary public outreach <br />through both the Parks and Recreation Committee and the Town Council.
