April 6, 2022 / Page 7 of 12 <br />11723.02 — New Park at Ritz Carlton Sales Center Site <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />On-site Demolition Plan <br />KEITH shall prepare a Demolition Plans incorporating removal of the existing improvements in conflict <br />with the proposed improvements. This plan shall include standard details and notes. Should permitting <br />be required for this work, it will need to be provided by a licensed demolition contractor. <br />Note: The use of explosive demolition materials and the assessment for or removal of hazardous <br />materials or toxic waste are not included in these services and will not be incorporated in the <br />Demolition Plan. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Construction Documents (60% and Final Construction Documents) for above referenced <br />Plans. <br />2. Specifications — For above referenced Design Elements (specifications may be included <br />in the plan sheets or a separate document for inclusion in the Contract Document <br />Specification book.) <br />3. Water Sewer and Drainage Calculations as required. <br />4. Meetings and Team Coordination — During the specified duration in the project schedule, <br />the KEITH team will attend up to three (3) required meetings and coordination. It is <br />assumed all meetings will be in South Florida. <br />Task 403 Engineering Permitting <br />KEITH shall attend required pre -application meetings with agencies having jurisdiction over the <br />facilities designed by KEITH, and prepare and submit the permit applications for the construction of <br />the following improvements and process them through the following regulatory agencies: <br />Development Review <br />• Site Plan/Design Review through the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Floodplain Management. <br />Florida Department of Transportation — Landscape Permit and Maintenance Agreement. <br />Not included. <br />Water and Sewer System <br />• It is assumed that the existing domestic/irrigation/fire services and sanitary sewer services <br />are adequate and have sufficient capacity to provide service to the new park site. Off-site <br />water and/or sanitary sewer improvements (including new water meters) are not included <br />in the scope of work. North Miami Beach (NMB) Utilities is the water service provider and <br />Miami -Dade Watdr and Sewer Department (MDWASD) is the sanitary sewer service <br />provider. <br />Paving, Grading, and Drainage System <br />• Miami -Dade County DERM —Water Control Section (WCS). <br />• City of Sunny Isles Beach Engineering Department. <br />• Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) — Drainage Connection Permit. Not included. <br />Pavement Markings and Signage <br />• Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) — Driveway Connection Permit. Not included. <br />• City of Sunny Isles Beach Engineering Department. <br />If additional permits are required, KEITH shall process them and the fees for these additional services <br />will be submitted to CLIENT as additional services under a contract addendum if required. <br />Deliverables <br />1.
