KEITH will develop drawings, plans, sections and other information to describe the nature, <br />quality, and scope of site elements of the project. <br />2. KEITH will furnish the design development submittal, which will be sufficient detail for Site <br />Plan Submittal for Landscape. This submittal also includes a revision for response to City <br />Comments. Changes to the plan due to other disciplines are not included. <br />a) Landscape Plan — Specification, quantity, layout, notes and details. <br />b) Irrigation Statement — Indicate water source and general requirements. <br />3. Meetings and Team Coordination — During the specified duration in the project schedule, <br />KEITH will attend all required meetings and coordination. It is assumed all meetings will be <br />in South Florida. <br />NOTE: This task includes one (1) drawing revision with corresponding comment response letters <br />with the intent of obtaining city approval. If additional revisions are required as a result of city, <br />CLIENT and/or Design Team changes, a contract addendum will be submitted to the CLIENT. <br />Task 702 Landscape Construction Documents (CD) <br />Based on the approved Design Development phase, KEITH will develop the construction documents <br />in coordination with the overall design team and CLIENT. The drawings will be developed in a 60% or <br />preliminary documentation for review and coordination, as well as a final for Permit or 100% <br />Construction Documentation. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Construction Documents (60% and Final Construction Documents) <br />a. Hardscape & Layout Plan — Material type and layout. <br />b. Sitework Details — General details and section/elevations for character and project <br />understanding - All structural engineering by others and not included in this proposal. <br />c. Landscape Plan and Details — Specific elements, specification, quantity, layout, notes <br />and details. <br />d. Irrigation Plans and Details — Point of connection, head layout, piping, equipment <br />schedule and details. <br />e. Site Furniture — Furniture layouts and specific catalog cuts and material selections. <br />2. Specifications — For above referenced Design Elements (specifications will be included in <br />the plan sheets). <br />3. Itemized Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. Items and Quantities to be used by City <br />as Bid Tabulation. <br />4. Meetings and Team Coordination — During the specified duration in the project schedule, <br />KEITH will attend all required meetings and coordination.
