Each City <br />Commissioner reserves the right to make a motion to request that the City Commission <br />waive these guidelines and discuss and act on said Commissioner Item(s). Said motion <br />must be seconded and approved by a simple majority vote. <br />f. Staff Review: Provided that Commissioner Items are submitted in accordance with the <br />aforementioned guidelines, the City Manager, the City Attorney, and/or the City Clerk <br />will conduct any necessary research to determine the viability of each item prior to <br />discussion by the City Commission at the designated meeting. <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager, City Attorney, and City Clerk. The City Manager, <br />the City Attorney, and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to do all things necessary to <br />effectuate the terms of this Resolution. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
