Section 1. Approval of Agreement. The City Commission hereby approves a Software as a <br />Service (SaaS) Agreement with the Vendor for the Subscription, in an amount not to exceed Sixty - <br />Two Thousand One Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($62,100.00), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br />the SaaS Agreement and to do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
