Section 1. Approval of First Amendment. The City Commission hereby approves a First <br />Amendment to the Support Agreement with the Vendor for the Product Enhancements, in an <br />amount not to exceed One Million Three Hundred Seventy -Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighty - <br />Four Dollars and Seventy -Seven Cents ($1,379,484.77), commencing October 2026 for a period of <br />five (5) years, attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
