  <br />Jedidiah Swartz  <br />Director of Field Operations  <br />Jedidiah Swartz, Director of Field  <br />Operations at MCL, will serve as  <br />Director of Field Operations for the City  <br />of Sunny Isles Beach holiday lighting  <br />and décor program. In this role, JD will  <br />oversee field operations, installation  <br />scheduling, maintenance coordination,  <br />labor allocation, equipment  <br />deployment, and day-to-day operational  <br />execution to help ensure all project  <br />activities are completed efficiently,  <br />safely, and in accordance with  <br />established timelines and City  <br />expectations.  <br />JD works closely with project  <br />leadership, field foremen, and  <br />installation crews to coordinate active  <br />project sites, maintain installation  <br />progress, address field challenges in  <br />real time, and support seamless  <br />coordination between operational  <br />planning and field execution. His  <br />responsibilities include overseeing  <br />installation sequencing, supporting  <br />quality assurance inspections,  <br />coordinating rapid-response maintenance operations, and ensuring all installations maintain MCL’s  <br />operational and presentation standards throughout the holiday season.  <br />With more than five years of experience managing field operations for large-scale municipal and  <br />destination-oriented holiday lighting programs throughout South Florida, JD brings valuable hands-on  <br />experience operating within high-traffic public environments requiring coordinated logistics, responsive  <br />service operations, and consistent operational oversight. His project experience includes installations  <br />associated with municipal streetscape enhancements, public event environments, tourism-focused  <br />destinations, and large-scale seasonal activations requiring reliable performance and efficient execution  <br />throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.  <br />JD’s leadership and field management experience will support MCL’s ability to provide the City of Sunny  <br />Isles Beach with a highly organized, responsive, and professionally executed holiday lighting program  <br />throughout the duration of the season.  <br />South Florida Lighting Team, LLC DBA Miami Christmas Lights.  <br /> 22
