of trends that will explain what works and what does not work for the city given all special qualities; Expert Center, LLC is lead by Mrs. Anna Nemova, a world renown business consultant and an analyst of the large international organizations in the field of marketing, government procurement, business development, and corporate law. She is member of multiple professional organizations and associations, and a patron of many charitable projects. Our core team consists of 5 members: Dr. Vladimir Bugera, Mrs. Sofya Bodzin, Mr. Peter Toth, Mr. Sergey Ignatyev, and Mr. Augusto Santos. We strongly believe that we bring unique combination of expertise and knowledge to the benefit of communities of Sunny Isles Beach. Two members of the team as well as the principal of Expert Center, LLC are residents of the community, and three others live in North Miami Beach and Avenutra, the neighboring cities. Dr. Vladimir Bugera is a technology guru, skilled data analyst, and an effective project manager. Sofya Bodzin is a retired professional athlete and marketing and client relationships expert. Sergey Ignatyev is a famous painter and artist who was actively involved in local cultural affairs since 1988. Peter Toth is an expert of event organization and outreach to developers, architects, and ultra - affluent contributors to the cultural causes. Augusto Santos is a master of customer relations and will serve as liaison between the city, the foundation, and the team; he will also nurture relationships with affluent donors. Details of the proposed scope of work as well as details of the arrangements are describe in details in Work Plan section of this proposal. We will leverage test, learn, implement, and improve approach to develop cultural master plan for the city of Sunny Isles Beach. Our proposal is firm irrevocable offer until such time as the city of Sunny Isles Beach awards a contract as a result of No. 15- 08 -01.
