Work Plan <br />In the proposed arrangement, we suggest that Expert Center, LLC will manage the engagement. <br />Dr. Vladimir Bugera is employee of Expert Center, LLC and he will serve as project management <br />and will be fully responsible for the engagement. Dr. Bugera will define the tasks and assign <br />them to appropriate team members of the core team. In addition to the four members of the <br />core team, some tasks may be assigned to employees of Expert Center LLC or New Construction <br />Show LLC. Additionally, low- skilled assignments can be assigned to independent contractors of <br />Expert Center LLC or New Construction Show LLC at rate of $20 or less per hour. <br />The following work tiers will be applicable for the engagement: <br />Tier <br />Skill Required <br />Rate <br />Member <br />1 - HS <br />Advanced degree or executive <br />$50.00 /hour <br />V.Bugera, P.Toth <br />experience <br />2 -MS <br />University degree of B.Sc. or <br />$30.00 /hour <br />S.Ignatyev, A.Santos, S. Bodzin, <br />higher <br />independent contractors <br />3 - LS <br />No degree or experience is <br />$20.00 /hour <br />Independent contractors <br />required <br />We expect the engagement to last 39 weeks. During the scope of the engagement, the <br />following tasks will be performed. Estimated cost is given based on the expected work hours <br />according to the tier rate: <br />Core Activities as defined in the Request for Proposal No 15 -08 -01 (p.6 -8): <br />1. Development of Outreach Strategy <br />• Master Contact List (39 weeks * 4 hours * (2 Tier 1 + 2 Tier 2)) _ $24,960 <br />• Strategy to Encourage Stakeholder Participation (39 weeks * 2 hours * (2 Tier 1 + 2 <br />Tier 2)) _ $12,480 <br />• Interactive Project Website — launch in 3 phases (combined 100 Tier 1 Hours + <br />$2000 for website development) _ $7,000 <br />Updates at City Commission Meetings as Requested by the City Manager (8 Updates <br />*(SO Tier 1 Hours)) _ $4000 <br />• Additionally, we plan to facilitate fundraising through selling event tickets and <br />memberships; offering sponsorships and auctions. Fundraising goals are to be <br />established through consulting with Key Stakeholders. Fundraising methods proved <br />successful will be recommended for recurring implementation post engagement <br />timeframe. <br />• Total Combined Cost: $48,440 <br />2. Development of Public Participation Plan (as Determined by Proposer) such as <br />• Public Forums (4 forums* 20 hours* (Tier 2 hour)) = 4 *20 *$30 = $2,400 <br />
