These funds will be paid to the <br /> Architect upon approval of each invoice by the Owner. <br /> Construction Manager: TO BE ASSIGNED <br /> Architect — Perkins & Will Architects Inc. c/o Lawrence Kline, Managing Director Principal, <br /> 806 Douglas Road, Suite 300, Coral Gables, FL 33134, Tel: (305) 569-1333, Email: <br /> Lawrence.kline @perkinswil l.com <br /> Project Director: The City Manager or the person designated by the City Manager to provide <br /> direct interface with the Architect with respect to the Owner's responsibilities. <br /> Owner's Representatives: The Project Director or any person designated by the City Manager. <br /> 1.5 Owner's Construction Budget: Owner's funds budgeted and requested for construction of <br /> the Project. The Owner's Construction Budget is 530,000,000.00 (Thirty Million Dollars) <br /> and is identified in Exhibit "B", including all Contractor management fees, costs of the Work <br /> and the Owner's and Contractor's construction and interface contingencies. This Exhibit "B" <br /> by reference and attachment hereto forms a part of this Agreement. <br /> 1.6 Owner's Project Budget: The Owner's funds budgeted and requested for the development <br /> of the Project including the construction budget and all other related fees, land acquisition <br /> costs, furnishings, equipment and other costs necessary to develop the Project. The Project <br /> Budget is 539,222,000.00 (Thirty Nine Million Two Hundred Twenty Two Thousand <br /> Dollars). The component parts are shown in the attached Exhibit "C", which Exhibit "C" by <br /> reference and attachment hereto forms a part of this Agreement. <br /> 1.7 Architect's Personnel: The Architect's key personnel shall be as shown by Exhibit "A". <br /> The Architect shall not deviate from these key personnel without first obtaining the written <br /> consent of the Owner, which shall not be unreasonably delayed, conditioned, or withheld. If <br /> key personnel leave the Architect's firm, the replacements shall be submitted to the Owner <br /> within a reasonable time.
