<br />01310 - 4/6 <br />E. The Construction Schedule Graphic Report shall be in bar chart format, plotted on a <br />time-scaled calendar. This report will expressly identify Contract Time, milestones, <br />critical path(s), and all activities not completed as of the previous report submission. <br />Activities shall display early dates and total float. Whether on the same sheet or on <br />different sheets, this report shall identify both predecessor and successor driving or <br />critical relationships. Activity data shown on the graphic report shall include a short <br />description of the work, activity duration, remaining duration (for monthly schedule <br />updates), activity start and finish dates, budget and actual earned value, and be <br />sorted in an order that facilitates reading and following the progress of the scheduled <br />work. <br />F. Prior to each schedule update submittal the CITY and the CONTRACTOR will agree <br />upon the physical progress of the WORK (Percent Complete of each activity) and the <br />value of the scheduled work in place. <br />G. The CONTRACTOR shall provide six copies of each Construction Schedule <br />Submittal. The CONTRACTOR’S Construction Schedule shall bear the <br />CONTRACTOR’S stamp of approval signed by the CONTRACTOR. The <br />CONTRACTOR’S stamp of approval shall constitute a representation to the CITY <br />that the CONTRACTOR has determined or verified all data on that CONTRACTOR’S <br />Construction Schedule and assumes full responsibility for having done so. The CITY <br />will review and return to the CONTRACTOR two copies of the CONTRACTOR’S <br />Construction Schedule stamped as either “Revise and Resubmit”, “Accepted as <br />noted”, or “No Exceptions Taken”. The CITY’S review shall not extend to the <br />CONTRACTOR’S means, methods, or techniques, the correctness of which shall <br />remain the sole responsibility of the CONTRACTOR. <br />H. All schedules shall be in accordance with the Contract Time requirements of the <br />contract. Neither the CITY’S review of a schedule, nor the CITY’S statement of “No <br />Exceptions Taken”, will relieve the CONTRACTOR from responsibility for complying <br />with Contract Time requirements, adhering to those sequences of work indicated in <br />or required by the contract documents, or from completing any omitted work within <br />the Contract Time. <br />I. Acceptance by the CITY of the Construction Contract Schedule and Construction <br />Schedule Updates shall be a CONDITION PRECEDENT to the processing of <br />Applications for Payment after the first 30 days of the Contract. <br />2.04 INITIAL AND REVISED CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT SCHEDULE: <br />A. Within 10 days of Notice to proceed, the CONTRACTOR shall submit their Initial <br />Construction Contract Schedule Submittal to the CITY for review and acceptance. It <br />will be reviewed for constructability and conformance to the requirements of the <br />Contract Documents. If the schedule is not accepted and requires revisions, the <br />CONTRACTOR will, within 5 calendar days, revise this Initial Construction Contract <br />Schedule and resubmit it for review and acceptance. <br />B. Once the Initial Construction Contract Schedule is reviewed and accepted, it <br />becomes the CONTRACTOR’S Revision 0 Construction Contract Schedule and it <br />becomes the baseline schedule for the WORK and is the basis for monitoring the <br />CONTRACTOR’S progress against milestones and Contract Time, and the <br />evaluation and reconciliation of extensions in Contract Time. From then on, all <br />activities and their relationships may not be changed, added, or deleted without the <br />prior consent of the CITY. The CONTRACTOR’S Revision 0 Construction Contract
