Complex edits that would require months of custom programming in software developed for the commercial marketplace are easily configured in IntelliTime. This fact alone makes IntelliTime the most economical system to own and operate for many clients. Project Goals IntelliTime will achieve seven separate goals for the City of Sunny Isles Beach during this project including: 1. To implement a Public Sector Enterprise Time and Attendance solution that is designed for a complex 24 x 7 Public Sector organization like the City of Sunny Isles Beach. IntelliTime specializes in large complex Public Sector and Public Safety workforce automation solutions. One hundred percent of our clients are Public Sector organizations. Our typical implementations handle complex call-ins, court pays, shift differentials, managing complex leave rules and holiday policies and all leave accruals. Our system has Public Sector specific features such as our Group-based Security, Overtime Authorization form and Special Event management modules. Complex cost accounting, grant and billing reporting are also Public Sector specific features. 2. To implement a timekeeping solution that offers powerful, flexible time collection and editing features from a variety of input methods including weekly Web timecards, "Web Punch" from computers, our "SmartPunch" app for smartphones, our Mobile Crew Sheet Application for work crews,optional Time Clocks,and optional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone timekeeping. Punches entered from any of our flexible input methods synchronize to the server in real-time, where Management staff can easily monitor and correct incoming punches online through our interactive "Who Is In" dashboard, with exceptions such as Late Arrivals and Potential Overtime highlighted and a full audit trail of all changes made. At IntelliTime we believe that the best type of report is one that always contains the latest real-time information and automatically provides the analysis Managers need to take action.
