BASIS OF COMPENSATION: <br /> <br />Hourly rates with an estimated fee of $55,484.00 plus reimbursables at $2,770.00 with a total <br />not to exceed amount of $58,254.00. Payments to be made monthly. The total not to exceed <br />amount will be billed on a lump sum basis. <br /> <br />3.
