Provide all labor, materials, necessary equipment and services to <br />complete the soil preparation and soil mixes work, as indicated on the <br />drawings, as specified herein or both, except as for items specifically <br />indicated as "NIC ITEMS". <br /> <br />B. Including, but not limited to: <br />1. Topsoil <br />2. Soil Conditioners <br />3. Planting Soil Mixes <br /> <br />1.02 RELATED WORK <br /> <br />A. Section 02210 - Fine Grading <br />B. Section 02481 - Shrub and Tree Relocation <br /> <br />C. Section 02487 - Sodding <br />D. Section 02490 - Trees, Plants, and Groundcover <br /> <br />1.03 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> <br />A. Testing Agency: Independent testing laboratory <br /> <br />B. Requirements or Regulatory Agencies: Conform to requirements of all <br />City, County and State agencies. <br /> <br />C. Reference standards. <br /> <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS: <br /> <br />A. Test Reports: Test reports shall consist of pH range, major and minor <br />element analysis, soluble salt concentrations, and recommendations. <br />Reports shall be identified by project name, date, and soil mix type. <br />1. Results of topsoil (on-site existing soil) analysis. <br />2. Results of planting soil mix(es) analysis: One test required per <br />each type of soil mix (note: pH ranges for plant type). <br /> <br />B. Certificates: <br /> <br />1.
